Message: Went here to get my undercut fixed.. Keisha was my stylist. She was very professional and did a GREAT job fixing the disaster super cut calls a haircut. I was nervous but as soon as I saw Keisha, I knew my hair problems were solved! So happy I got her today she is amazing!

Message: They do a great job even with the thickest of hair. A mistake was made and I did not notice it on my son until we left. However upon calling the manager and explaining what had occurred she quickly rectified the problem and offered to make it right. Excellent customer service which is quite rare nowadays. I will continue taking my boys nobody is perfect it’s how the situation is handled that makes the difference and they did it right!

Message: I shied away from Sports Clips recently, mainly due to the unknown wait times that accompanied every visit. They recently added an online check-in process that worked perfectly. I signed in, checked the wait time and left my house accordingly. You can even see the wait times for your favorite stylists or choose first available. I arrived on time, walked into a busy waiting area and was promptly greeted by the stylist that I selected online. It was an impressive process that worked exactly as it was intended. Lacey was my stylist and she was awesome. She knew from my profile exactly how I like my hair cut and she did a super job. If it works like this every time, I will have no reason to look elsewhere to get a quality cut and excellent experience. Thanks Sports Clips and Lacey!
