Message: This spot is PHAT I go in with issues and they have certified Doctors (mechanics) that puts me at ease, being from Ga and traveling when you have an issue you don't want to received the shaft I will return.

Message: A typical small privately owned shop with average mechanical and diagnostic knowledge, it isn't a hoity doity sparkly dealership shop. This is a working man's mechanic.. They stay busy but still can have pretty quick turnaround. I typically call a few days in advance and drop my car off on a mon or tues and have it back on a wens or thurs.. For basic stuff like fluid flush/change, brakes, part swaps, exhaust work I 100% trust and recommend Ronnie and his crew.. I am fairly savy when it comes to diagnosing problems I just dont have the space/lift/specialised tools not to mention time to do a lot of my own work anymore. So if you need some motor mounts or U joints done they will get it done and treat you right. However on the flip side if it is something simple like recently I had to do a coil in my mustang Ronnie will be honest and upfront with you and he didn't even want to charge me for the 15-20 minutes they took to look at it and determine it was a bad coil (even though it says minimum diagnostic charge on the wall 1/2hr labor).. I have never had any up sell malarkey here. They will do what is asked and nothing extra and not try to nickle and dime you all day. Sometimes getting in there and tryin to get a word in edgewise and explain stuff is tough as they are a lil disorganized I feel and where they are so busy there are mechanics and costumers pretty much constantly at mister Ronnie all day haha. I also get a lil nervous about their key organizing situation where I only have the 1 chipped key to my ford. But that is minor stuff.. 9/10. If you are like me and drive 15-16 year old cars that are still reliable yet not worth sinking tons of money into just to maintain buy your parts at Rock Auto and take em to Ronnie to put em in! Ignore the 1 star review based off some garbage of a parts delivery guy from 30 years ago, the environment while busy is very relax.

Message: When we couldn't find anyone to fix our heating and a/c problem in our Grand Marquis our neighbors recommended we try Robertson's which is where they take their business vehicles. Meineke (after two attempts that didn't fix the problems) wanted $800 more saying it needed an new compressor. The mechanic at Robertson's fixed it for $126! all it needed was a new blower unit! and it works wonderfully now! The lovely woman in the front office drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Talk about great service and honest people! We plan on taking our other car there soon for some work and are definitely staying with Robertson's.
